Get to know us
We started in Hachioji (Tokyo) with the idea to bring the Spanish churros to Japan. Our knowledge on running a restaurant plus our experience operating in Hachiouji and previous relationships with companies in the area together with the view of a native Spanish belonging to the company, gave us a unique opportunity to make it possible. Putting our effort together is how Spain Churros no Dendoshi was born.

Our mission
We want to bring the traditional Spanish tear-drop-shaped churro to the Japanese people. In japan the churro is known only through that, which came from USA brough mainly by Disneyland resorts; that churro is more like a doughnut and very different from the traditional Spanish one. We want all Japanese, old and young to enjoy the authentic delicious Spanish churro.
Our vision
Our vision is that one day in Japan the image of the churro and specially the traditional Spanish churro will be synonym to Churro Den, because then it will mean we accomplished our mission to bring this element of Spanish gastronomy culture to the Japanese public.
Our team

Hernán Molina
Founder
Born in Madrid, Spain, he started working as a waiter at a restaurant after coming to Japan, where he mastered stone oven pizza and became the manager of the pizza place. After that, he used the IT knowledge he had cultivated in Spain to engage in DX transformation of the food and beverage service industry. He currently works independently as an IT engineer and provides an attendance management system that he developed himself. During his many years of involvement in the Japanese food and beverage industry, he realized that "Japan doesn't have the original churros.'' With the mission of delivering the taste of authentic Spanish churros to Japanese people who love food, he and his partner established the Spain Churros No Dendoshi - Churroden LLC.

Hitomi Molina
Founder
She studied abroad at a high school in California, USA, and was shocked by the strong remnants of the Spanish colonial era in the American Southwest and the large number of Spanish speakers. She vowed that She would learn Spanish and go to Spain someday. After spending her student years in the United States and England, she made the long-awaited trip to Spain, where she was fascinated by the richness of its culinary culture. Recently, Spanish food culture has become well-known in Japan, including not only paella but also Iberico pork; still there are many people who have never eaten the original churros. We deliver the original taste of churros with our originality.
